Harmonizing The Natural
and Built Environment
Walkable urbanism is a necessary development pattern for sustainable and healthy communities. We've designed and constructed various urban design elements that contribute to walkable urbanism such as scooter and bicycle parking, pedestrian improvements and traffic calming implementation
Native landscapes help to harmonize human development with the natural world by providing food, medicine, oxygen, fuel, fiber, carbon sequestration, water purification, and vital wildlife habitat. We've designed and planted native landscapes in residential, commercial, and public space contexts.
Public space provides crucial gathering places for recreation, leisure and all other aspects of life. Public spaces are vital for healthy communities providing an urban fabric that breeds cohesiveness, identity and vibrancy. We strive to design and create public space at the intersection of walkable urbanism and native landscapes.
